How to turn off Remote File Sharing to protect against Conficker Worm?

I have Utorrent. I’m am not very “computer savvy” so I might need the dumbed down version of how to turn off the remote file sharing to protect against the upcoming Conficker Worm. Microsoft suggests doing this. Thank you!
